Drivers’ Hours Law Regulation 3820/85 has now been replaced by Regulation 561/2006.
This means that drivers and operators have to deal with new rulings on many areas like the Weekly Driving Limit. Plus there are new definitions for key terms such as ‘carriage by road’ and activities, including rest, breaks, driving and other work.
