OPTAC Analysis: "It does all the thinking for you"

The results for the 2007 OPTAC Analysis Customer Survey have been collated and here are some highlights:

* 97% found the products easy to use.
* 89% rate customer support as good.
* 92% would recommend OPTAC to a colleague or friend.
* 77% of you are now working with digital.
