At the end of 2009 our annual OPTAC Customer Satisfaction Survey was carried out. Here’s a summary of some of the results:
- 95% found the products easy to use.
- 94% rate customer support as good.
- 96% would recommend OPTAC to a colleague or friend.
- 90% of you are now working with digital.
Overall, your response was very positive, and 97% of customers told us that they are satisfied with OPTAC products and support. Here are a few of your comments from the survey:
